*1. Study plan (written only in Chinese or English) containing more than 1,000 characters or words with the signature of the supervisor.

*2. Non-criminal record report

The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

*3. Certificate of IELTS or TOEFL

The results of TOEFL, IELTS or English Proficency Certificates for the applicant whose educational language is not English or Chinese

*4. Integrity commitment letter

*5. Passport home page (ordinary passport with the validation over September, 2026)

*6. Passport photo

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

*7. Notarized highest diploma

Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status with the expected graduation date by their current school.
The language of documents should be in English or Chinese or attached with translations in English or Chinese.

*8. Academic transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards) issued and sealed by the attending university

Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

*9. Two letters of recommendation (written only in Chinese or English) from professors or associate professors including the comprehensive evaluation of the applicant.

*10. Certificate from the financial guarantor of the applicant and bank statement (for self-support applicant)

*11. Foreigner Physical Examination Form. The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority.

The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the final suggestion or signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The result is valid for only 6 months.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
