Applicants must
- be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health both mentally and physically.
- be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35.
-Applicants for English-taught programs shall provide relevant English proficiency certificates. The minimum score for different English tests are: IELTS 6.0 Academic, TOEFL 90, Duolingo 105, within 2 years. It is recommended to submit GRE scores at the same time (if any).
Note: The university may assign students to the Hangzhou campus, and students should be willing to accept this arrangement.

My name is DUSENGEMUNGU Didier Robert; I am applying for admission to your graduate program in Computer Application Technology in China. Since I have great interest in Computer Application Technology, I always have a strong desire to refine on Computer Application Technology skills and use it as a tool to serve the public. my past work experience explains it. Moreover, Beihang University is gaining more attention from different countries as it is educating and enrolling more international students, Beijing is also a great place and fast growing city in China I think it can greatly contribute to my knowledge improvement and it can help me to start my carrier with a great confidence in my field of study. Hence, Beihang University provides a great knowledge in my interest field of study. This status co strengthens my goal of becoming a qualified IT Manager man to serve my hometown. I am currently working in CIAT/ Harvest plus organization in Rwanda temporary. Throughout my working time, I am always passionate about sharpening my English Computer Application Technology skills. However, I still think it is not enough to attain a high level of Computer Application Technology Skills. I would like to use it as a tool to improve the living conditions of my compatriots. I have passed through many temporary jobs and I have been also trained in Cisco Networking and Cyber Security, all that has greatly contributed to my understanding of this field in technology innovations, service management etc. but I’m striving to learn more as the world is changing every day and looking in the sense that I will be learning this course in a Chinese & English language it will also increase my chance to maximize my area of study. After graduating in my university, I started to have the idea of using my information technology abilities to further study in Computer Application Technology to master’s degree level. Because of my passion for learning Computer Application Technology, I always seize as many chances as I can to practice Computer Application Technology. Furthermore, I read books, magazines and newspapers written about Computer Application Technology in my leisure times. These materials not only improve my Computer Application Technology but also help me to think objectively and give me the brief concept of what Computer Application Technology is. After joining this program, I assure that I should make use of the Information technology abilities that I have cultivated to deliver my skills accurately and fluently to the world because of this reason. My study plan will focus on three areas of interest.
The first area will be to study the Chinese language and the second area of interest is designed to answer a separate set of relevant questions in my field of study.
The third and final enrollment period will be devoted to producing a scholarly thesis that will demonstrate my knowledge and skills in my field.
Rwanda is among the fastest developing countries in Sub Saharan Africa and it is still lacking some well trained IT professionals. Therefore, I sincerely hope that I could have a chance to study Computer Application Technology with my eager to learn at your university. I believe that after gaining the knowledge of Computer Application Technology, I can work as a qualified IT to build the communication bridge between the China and Rwanda.

The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. The result is valid for only 6 months.
