If you already study in China, please consult local policy system to provide;If you are unable to provide this document, as a substitute, applicant should explain the situation and provide a non-criminal record commitment in handwriting.
If you do not have IELTS or TOEFL, please provide an official certificate issued by your high school which should certify that the medium of instruction in your high school study is English.

*6. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form and the Report on Blood Examination
Please take it to hospital to have a checkup with all items, including personal information, photo, checking date, doctors' suggestion and signature.
Highest Education Diploma (notarized photocopy or original one) or Certificate of expected graduation date from the University studying currently.
*8. Notarized Transcripts
Notarized school-certificate transcripts of complete academic records. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
*9. Two letters of recommendation
From Professors or Academic Experts, including professors' contact no, email address and handwritten signature.
*10. Certificate from the financial guarantor of the self-supported applicant and bank statement
Tips: For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
